MINI PNG KUEH (饭桃)
This is a traditional Teochew (chinese dialect) style
mini png kueh.
The word "Png" in chinese dialect means "Rice".
The skin of the Png kueh is made from Tapioca and Rice
flour. The rice we use is Glutinous Rice or sticky rice.
It is mixed with the rest of the ingredients which consist of
mushrooms, fried shallots and fried shrimps.
We have added peanuts inside the fillings as shown in the
diagrams, to make it more crunchy.
How to eat? Just top it with sweet black sauce and chilli and it is yummy to eat.
Price : 3 pcs selling at SGD S$2.10
