Introduction
Fatt Soon Kueh was established in 1999.
We would like to express our gratitude to Madam Lim K C , the co-founder of
FATT SOON KUEH.
She was retired in 2010. Mdm Lim had 30 years of experience in doing homemade
kueh business.
She started it out by doing it manually. After going through countless trials and
error, she finally discovered the secret success to make a yummy and tasty Soon
Kueh which has become our SIGNATURE Dish.
The word FATT in Chinese it means "发". The word "发" can be translated as
'PROSPEROUS'.
We specialise in making traditional chinese delicacies.
We use vegetable Oil, no pork and no lard.
No baking or frying is involved.
We steamed all our dumplings and kuehs.
They are :
1) Soon Kueh,
2) Png Kueh,
3) Ku Chye Kueh,
4) Ang Ku Kueh , and
5) Black Sesame Kueh
So please come down to our stall to try it out.
